Whether it’s solving an unexpected production challenge, refining a workflow, or finding a creative solution on the fly, I’ve learned that adaptability and problem-solving are just as valuable as technical skill. My Experience
Studio Lead
(Present)
As a Studio Lead, I play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact video content, adapting my approach to meet the unique needs of each project. Whether leading ideation, supporting field production, overseeing post-production, or managing final delivery, I ensure seamless execution across a range of internal and external video initiatives—including live event content, customer stories, executive messaging, and digital series. I also oversee our in-house studio operations, manage contractor teams, and handle gear inventory and procurement. With a keen eye for production logistics, budgeting, and project management, I navigate evolving challenges, anticipate roadblocks, and drive innovation in our workflows.
Post Production Specialist
Provided strategic consulting on post-production workflows, operations, and systems management, helping major firms optimize their editorial processes, project planning, and asset management. Offered hands-on editing support while advising on efficient post-production strategies, ensuring seamless execution from project inception to final delivery.
Director of Production
Led studio operations and managed end-to-end production for a high-profile video production facility serving major news networks, marketing agencies, and tech firms. Spearheaded a site upgrade to 4K capabilities, overhauled editorial workflows, and installed a new editing bay to enhance efficiency. Engineered the successful migration of a weekly news show into the facility while overseeing a multi-cam production stage for diverse projects. Operated across multiple roles, including producer, engineer, and project manager, ensuring seamless execution of live broadcasts and high-quality content production.
Post Production Coordinator
Managed post-production workflows for multiple feature films, collaborating closely with producers, directors, and key creative teams to ensure seamless delivery. Oversaw projects across 35mm, 70mm, and digital 4K formats, navigating the complexities of high-budget studio productions. Working on the Fox lot was a dream opportunity, allowing me to contribute to major films while gaining invaluable experience in the industry.
Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist
Served as a versatile post-production professional, primarily focused on video editing while also taking on roles as an assistant editor and Avid tech. Worked within tight operational constraints to creatively develop workflows, manage projects, and optimize server and asset management for digital and broadcast content. This role demanded adaptability and problem-solving, pushing me to refine my editing skills while innovating post-production processes to meet the challenges of a fast-paced news environment.
Assistant Editor
Provided essential editorial support for a nationally syndicated talk show, assisting editors and producers with project and asset management, as well as cutting and delivering archive and international versions.
